    Question: How do I track the status of my order?
    Answer: You can simply log into your account and view your order status.

    Question: Will you charge GST on my order?
    Answer: All GST are included in the purchase price.

    Question. Will the shipping rates vary depending on how many items I order?
    A. No, It is our policy that we only charge shipping for the first item, shipping charges for all additional items are free.

    Question. Do you have a store in ... ?
    A. We sell exclusively on-line, as in this way we are able to provide our
    designer products at accessible prices.

    Question: What methods of payment do you accept?
    Answer: We accept Visa/MasterCard, and Discover credit card.

    Question: How do I know if ordering online is secure?
    Answer: At TodayLens, protecting your information is a priority.
    We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number, name
    and address, so only TodayLens is able to decode your information.

    To be sure your connection is secure, look at the bottom status bar of
    your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock
    (depending on your browser) the SSL is active and your information is
    secure. Most browsers offer additional security alerts, as well.

    With regard to overall security, we always use industry standard
    encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged
    with our site. The facilities that house our servers are physically
    secured to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of all data and
    information collected.

    Question: Why is my item on backorder?
    Answer: Items that are not available to ship when an order is placed are
    on backorder and will ship at a later date. Please note that while your
    credit card will be authorized on the date your order is placed, you will
    not be charged until the item ships. We will provide you with an
    approximate ship date for your item(s) at the time you make your
    selection. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and
    subject to change. We will inform you by e-mail if there has been any
    changes.

    Question: I can't find the item I'm looking for. How can I search for it?
    Answer: Search for the item by keyword, you can either search the brand of
    the item or a style number of the item.

    Question: Are your items authentic?
    Answer: All of our product are 100% authentic!

    Question: How is my order shipped?
    Answer: Your order is shipped via "Canada Post expedited"

    Question: Do you ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
    Answer: Yes, we can ship to PO boxes.

    Question: What if a price has dropped down after I purchased the item?
    Answer: Sorry, We do not offer price adjustments.

    Question. How long will it take for my refund to be issued?
    A. Refunds or exchange coupons are processed within two business days from
    receipt of goods in our warehouse. Depending on your bank or on the type of
    credit card used, credits may take up to 10 days to appear on your
    statement.

    Question: How long does shipping take?
    Answer: All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited, and are usually received
    within 3-7 business days depending on the province they are being shipped to.
